"The Law of the Third"

As most of the professional gamblers know, the probability that one of the 37 will be drawn in a single spin is 2,7% or, to be more precise 1/37.
The statistics teach us that in a complete cycle of 37 spins, on average there will only be 24 numbers drawn one or more times, while the others 13 will not be drawn (See the graph below).

Negative probability is (36/37)exp37=0.3628 = 36.28% 37*0.3628=13.42 which, as you can see is more likely to be 14 than 13 numbers.

The "Cycle 39":

To obtain more precision its better to apply a cycle of 39 spins instead than a cycle of 37. Negative probability in this case is (36/37)exp39=0.3435 34.35% 37*0.3435=12.7 As you can see this "long cycle" give us 13 numbers that will not come out.
The following systems are based on the "Cycle 39".
All these systems use only numbers in frequency (normal or super), and exclude the absent ones (Joined probability distribution).

Gaussian distribution for roulette numbers:

and...remember the numbers do not know their position in the sequence for examplethe number "26" doesn't know that it cames after the number "25"!
